MEN'S HEALTH ESSENTIALS: Finding Your Balance

DID YOU KNOW that one in five men die before the age of 65? Even more startling is that, on average, men die 4 years earlier than women. As believers we have a responsibility to maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to be of best use to the Lord to serve our families, community and church (see 1 Cor 6:19).

Join us at 7pm on Saturday 14 November. We have an exciting panel line-up who will be sharing vital information with you and answering questions pertaining to men's health in particular.

PREPARING THE NEXT GENERATION TO NAVIGATE RACIAL ROADBLOCKS

A FATHER'S DAY SPECIAL

As part of Father's Day 2020 reminded ourselves of the responsibility we have as men to guide the next generation and help them chart their path for the future. In light of the George Floyd tragedy and the subsequent shift in global consciousness regarding racism, how do we help our sons (and daughters) prepare for and navigate the racial roadblocks that they will encounter in life?

This panel discussion was streamed live on Sat 20 June 2020 - featuring Bishop Donald Bolt, Rev Dr Joe Kurian, Simon Hetherington and Sheldon Thomas.
