It will come as no surprise that the COVID-19 crisis has forced us to revisit the feasibility of continuing this event. After a number of discussions and consultations we have decided that it is in the best interests of all that we suspend this year's gathering and so we will postpone the event for the time being

  • I DON’T WANT TO SHARE – CAN I HAVE MY OWN ROOM?

    Yes. However all rooms are twin rooms so if you are taking a whole room for yourself it will cost slightly more (sole occupancy rate)

  • I’D LIKE TO COME WITH MY WIFE AND CHILDREN – IS THAT OK?

    Yes. Please note that there are a very limited number of family rooms. There are strict age restrictions for any children that have their own room. Please contact us for full details (mmdadmin@ntcg.org.uk).

  • ARE THESE PRICES PER ROOM?

    No – all prices are per person

  • WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY TO CERTAIN FOOD?

    Please ensure you make this clear and explicit in your registration – we will work with the catering team to see how we can best serve you and meet your dietary needs.

  • I HAVE MOBILITY CHALLENGES/DISABILITY – IS THIS OK?

    Yes. There are ground-floor rooms available, a very small number of which are designed to cater for wheelchair access however the general premises are fully wheelchair accessible. If you have any disability requirements please make this clear in your registration and we will work with the venue conference team to best meet your needs

  • THE PRICE IS TOO MUCH – I CAN’T AFFORD IT?

    We have set up facilities for you to pay by instalments (check online, www.lifebuilders.org.uk/driven). There are concessions for children under 17yrs old.

    If you are still struggling please speak to your local director to see if your local Lifebuilders department or local church might be able to subsidise the cost for you
